Ingredients
- 4 tomato (s)
- 50 g sausae, e.. mixed leftovers
- 100 g cheese, e.. mixed leftovers
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Olive oil, or pumpkin seed oil
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- salt and pepper

- Chop the tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, onions, sausage and cheese into small pieces and place in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and let stand for about 30 minutes. Then pour vinegar and oil (ratio: 3 tablespoons of oil to 1 tablespoon of vinegar) and mix well.
- Toasted bread (black bread, too) with butter tastes great with it.
