Ingredients
- 1 large can (s) chickpeas
- 1 small bell pepper (s), yellow
- 200 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 4 tablespoon peanut oil
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, bianco
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, fresh, to taste

- Mix the oil and vinegar well in a bowl. Drain the chickpeas well in a colander and place in the bowl.
- Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash and dice the pepper. Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Put all the ingredients in the bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add fresh herbs as desired.
