Ingredients
- 1 avocado (s), ripe
- 150 g chickpeas, canned or soft-boiled
- 100 g yourt
- salt and pepper
- Tabasco

- Divide the avocado and scrape the pulp into a bowl with a spoon. Mash with a fork and stir in the yogurt. Now stir in the chickpeas whole or puree everything. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Possibly add a few more splashes of Tabasco.
- Tastes good as a dip with raw vegetables or simply with (wholemeal) bread.
