Ingredients
- 500 g tomato (s)
- 2 small vegetable onions or shallots
- 3 tablespoon oil your choice
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- Sea salt, coarse
- 20 olives, black without stone

- Quarter the tomatoes, cut the onions into strips, rings or cubes and cut the olives into rings. Season to taste with oil, vinegar and salt and let it steep for a moment.
- Serve with fresh baguette.
- Tip: make sure that you use coarse sea salt, this is the only way the salad will get its good taste.
