Ingredients

  • 2 quince (s), 180 g each
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 250 g tomato (s), passed
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 450 ml vegetable stock
  • 180 g lentils, red
  • 4 small sausages (lamb sausages)
  • cumin
  • cinnamon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. The quinces are peeled, the core removed and then the quince cut into narrow wedges.
  2. Then heat the quince in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 100 ml of water and stew for about 7 minutes. Finely dice onions and garlic and add. Simmer for 2 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, coconut milk and vegetable stock. Then the lenses follow. Let everything simmer for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, cinnamon and cumin.
  3. In addition, fry the sausages in a pan and cut into pieces.
  4. Fill the plate and place the bratwurst pieces on top.
