Ingredients
- 450 g radish (s) and kohlrabi, mixed (ratio your choice)
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil or olive oil
- salt and pepper
For the tomato sauce:
- 2 shallot (s)
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil or olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 leaves radish and / or kohlrabi,
- 1 point tomato, happened
- 1 pinch (s) cane sugar
- 2 stalks thyme
- 4 tablespoon oat drink or oat cream
- Sea salt and pepper

- Peel the radish and kohlrabi and cut into long julienne (e.g. with a spiral cutter). Sauté with oil in a pan. Season last.
- Meanwhile, peel and dice the shallots and garlic. Sauté in oil and deglaze with tomatoes. Cut the greens and add them. Simmer a little and season with cane sugar, thyme and the oat drink as well as sea salt and pepper.
- Serve the vegetable spaghetti with the sauce.
