Ingredients
- 500 g raspberries, frozen
- 0.5 liter ½ cream
- 2 packs cream stabilizer
- 2 cups natural yogurt
- 1 packet cane sugar, brown

- Put the frozen raspberries in a large glass bowl.
- Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff.
- First stir the natural yogurt in a small bowl until creamy, then fold it into the cream and stir in well.
- Pour this mixture on the raspberries and smooth out.
- Now sprinkle the cane sugar generously in a really thick layer (at least 1 cm) on the mass.
- Let rest in the fridge overnight.
- Serve chilled and don`t stir!
- Annotation:
- The raspberries thaw overnight and the juice also collects at the bottom of the bowl.
- When serving, please make sure that the spoon reaches the bottom (i.e. the raspberries). So that every guest has a layer of raspberries, cream and sugar in the dessert bowl.
- This dessert is a hit at every barbecue (party). I always do three times the amount
- The acidity of the raspberries together with the freshness of the cream and the caramel-like sweetness of the brown sugar harmonize perfectly with each other.
