Ravioli with Cheese and Ham

Ravioli with cheese and ham is a great dish to enjoy! Tasty, satisfying, reminiscent of pasta with cheese and ham, but in my opinion, much tastier. The cheese, however, needs Italian – mascarpone.

Cook: 2 hour

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Flour – 200 Grams (dough)
  • Egg – 3 Pieces (2 – dough)
  • Ham – 150 Grams
  • Onions – 1/2 Pieces
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Cream cheese – 380 grams (mascarpone)
  • Figs – 1/4 Cup
  • Hard cheese – 1/3 Cup
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon. spoon (dough)
  • Water – 1 Art. spoon (dough)

Directions

  1. Knead an elastic dough, let it rest for half an hour.
  2. Fry onions in a pan with garlic until transparent.
  3. Chop the ham.
  4. Combine ham, hard grated cheese, grated figs.
  5. Add the egg.
  6. Add onion, mascarpone and spices.
  7. Mix the minced meat well.
  8. You will need special tools to make ravioli.
  9. Roll the dough through the machine, folding it several times.
  10. Sprinkle flour on the mold.
  11. Place the dough on the mold.
  12. Put the filling in the grooves and brush the edges with water to better set the dough.
  13. Cover with another sheet of dough and roll with a gurney.
  14. Cook the finished ravioli in boiling water for 5 minutes.
