Ravioli with Cottage Cheese

Ravioli with cottage cheese in Italian cuisine is usually made savory and served with tomato sauce flavored with herbs. Usually, sheep’s hard aromatic cheese is also used for the filling. It is delicious!

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 650 grams (filling)
  • Egg – 1 Gram (filling)
  • Grated cheese – 3 Tbsp. spoons (filling)
  • Parsley – 1 Teaspoon (filling)
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Olive oil – 1 Teaspoon (filling)
  • Ravioli dough – 450-500 grams

Directions

  1. For the filling, mix the indicated ingredients, you can add a spoonful of water if necessary.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly and spread the filling at equal distances.
  3. Smear the dough around the edges and between the filling with water so that it sticks better.
  4. Fold over the edge of the dough and press down with your fingers.
  5. Cut the dough into ravioli.
  6. Seal the edges with a fork. You can use a special ravioli mold.
  7. The ravioli are boiled for 5 minutes in boiling water.
