  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 80 g flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
  2. Salt the butter and mix with the egg yolk until frothy. Stir in milk and flour. Beat the egg whites into firm snow and fold in carefully. Spread the mixture finger-thick on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
  3. Cut diagonally into diamonds and serve in e.g. beef soup.
