The recipe makes about 10 jars the size of jam jars. If the amount is too much for you, you only take half of everything.
Thaw the frozen fruits. Let the fruit tea infuse vigorously with the mulled wine bags. The total should add up to 2 kg. Mix everything with the preserving sugar and let it steep a little. Then bring to the boil and season with cinnamon and cloves to taste for Christmas. Depending on your taste, you can of course also use other spices, e.g. vanilla, alcohol, flaked almonds, etc.
Cook the jam according to the instructions and pour into clean twist-off jars, close quickly and then turn upside down for a few minutes.
