Ingredients

  • 20 cherry (s), sweet
  • 1 handful pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 2 large kohlrabi leaves
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled seeds, (chia)
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled hemp seeds, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled flea seed husks, ground (Fiber Husk)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • water

Instructions

  1. Core the cherries. Cut about a handful of pieces from a fresh pineapple. Put the cherries, pineapple pieces and kohlrabi leaves in a blender.
  2. Add the chia seeds, hemp seeds, psyllium husks and salt and fill up to the 1 liter mark with water. Mix at the highest level for 2 minutes and serve.
