  • 250 g pasta
  • 0.75 liter ¾ red wine (Merlot)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water for about three minutes and drain. Bring the Merlot with sugar, butter and rosemary to the boil and add the pre-cooked pasta. Let the pasta simmer until the wine has been completely absorbed by the pasta. Salt and pepper the pasta as required and serve with parmesan.
  2. Lettuce is enough as a side dish.
