Ingredients
- 5 sticks rhubarb, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 apple, washed and cut into pieces, core off but do not peel
- 1 orange (s), zest and juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch cardamom
- 4 tablespoon spelled flakes
- 2 tablespoon nuts, ground
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 25 g butter

- Put the apple and rhubarb pieces in a baking dish, mix with the juice and zest of the orange as well as honey, cardamom and vanilla powder. Place in the oven at 150 ° C for 30 minutes.
