Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 75 g suar and 3 tablespoons extra
  • 50 g walnuts, round
  • 75 g butter
  • 450 g rhubarb
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour with 75 g sugar, ground nuts and butter to make crumble.
  2. Clean, peel and chop the rhubarb. Mix with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and place in a greased baking dish. Spread the sprinkles on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and serve.
