  • 150 g rice
  • 0.75 liter ¾ milk
  • 80 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 375 g quark
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 ½ lemon (s), untreated
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 750 g plums (plums)

Instructions

  1. Let the rice soak in boiling hot milk for 20 minutes. Mix 75g butter with 120g sugar until frothy. Mix in the quark and egg yolk and stir everything until frothy. Mix in the slightly cooled rice.
  2. Beat egg whites into stiff snow and fold in carefully. Season with salt and the grated zest and the juice of half a lemon. Put the rice mixture in a greased casserole dish and bake for about 1 hour over medium heat (180 ° - 200 ° depending on the oven).
  3. In the meantime, wash the plums, stone them and puree them raw in a blender with the remaining sugar. Season to taste with the rest of the lemon juice and cinnamon. Serve the sauce with the hot casserole.
