Ingredients
- 1 sachet rice (brown rice)
- 200 g corn, frozen or canned
- 1 can tuna, in its own juice
- 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch parsley or rocket
- possibly red pepper (s), diced

- Cook rice as directed and transfer to a larger bowl. Carefully mix with corn and shredded tuna, mix salad mayonnaise and vinegar, season with spices, pour over rice-corn-tuna and fold in. Chop parsley or rocket and sprinkle on top. Possibly Sprinkle red pepper cubes on top.
