Ingredients
- 500 g noodles, (rice), or Greek kritharaki
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper (s), orange
- 200 g cooked ham
- 250 g cheese
- 3 pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 small onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 dash herb vinegar
- 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
- 1 small Jar mayonnaise

- Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions and let them cool down.
- Chop peppers, boiled ham, cheese, pickles and onions and add to the rice noodles.
- Prepare a marinade from mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika powder, sugar and chopped dill and mix it with the salad.
- Let it soak in the refrigerator for a day.
