  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • some water
  • 1 small carrot (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg, flour and water into a pancake batter. Then mix in the rice and a grated carrot. Season with salt and pepper. Bake the mixture in a hot pan and serve on a plate with lamb`s lettuce.

  3. Grate an apple to mix the dough. Tastes good with vanilla ice cream or with sugar and cinnamon.
