Rice With Beetroot and Goat Cheese

I cooked rice for Halloween … But I will cook “on weekdays”, as this unusual rice dish turned out delicious)))

Directions

Wash the beets. Boil in a peel or bake. Grind with a blender in the puree.
Pour rice with water, bring to a boil, salt. Simmer, covered, until soft. I had steamed rice, cooked it for 25 minutes.
Add beetroot puree.
Stir and cook rice with beets, stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes.
Add the grated nutmeg, stir, turn off and leave the rice and beets covered for 10 minutes.
When serving, rub the salted goat cheese on top (you can stir it, but it will be more effective if you do not mix cheese with rice) Enjoy your meal!
