Directions
Prepare the chicken marinade. Put natural yogurt in a bowl.
Add chopped garlic and ginger root.
Season to taste and curry.

Stir the marinade.
Wash the chicken breast and cut into strips. Place in the marinade.
Stir the chicken with the marinade and let stand for an hour and a half, at least, but longer.
Lightly fry the chopped onion in butter until transparent.

Simmer the chicken, stirring for 7-8 minutes.
Wash the rice thoroughly and cover with hot water for an hour. After that, drain the water, and put the rice in the pan on the chicken. Pour in hot, boiled water so that it is 1-1.5 centimeters higher than the rice. Add turmeric and salt to taste.
Cover the skillet with a lid and cook the chicken and rice for 25-30 minutes over low heat.
