Rice with Pineapple Instructions

  1. Boil rice until tender, then add a spoonful of oil to it and mix. This is to prevent the rice from sticking together.
  2. Chop shallots, garlic and chili peppers at random. Fry in oil for about 1 minute over high heat.
  3. Break the egg into vegetables, mix quickly.
  4. Then add fish sauce, broth, curry and sugar to the pan. We mix.
  5. Add cashews (optional), stir and fry for another 30 seconds.
  6. Add rice, mix.

  7. Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise, carefully cut out the pulp from both halves. Cut the pulp into small cubes, and do not throw out the remaining pineapple boat – we will effectively serve the dish in it. Add pineapple pulp, frozen peas (optional) and raisins (optional) to the pan.
  8. We fry for another 2-3 minutes, taste it, if necessary, adjust the taste by adding spices and sauces. We remove from the fire.
  9. The dish is served in pineapple boats.

Bon Appetit!
