Ingredients

  • 120 g wild rice
  • 1 large broccoli
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • some lemon juice
  • 50 g cream cheese (e.. Philadelphia chives)
  • Herbs (dill, chives etc.)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Boil the broccoli in salted water until it has the desired firmness.
  3. Cut salmon into strips.
  4. Mix the rice, broccoli and salmon, season with lemon juice, salt (carefully) and pepper, mix in the cream cheese.
