Ingredients

  • 1 kg roast pork (ham roast)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram, dried
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoon mustard, hotter
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • salt
  • pepper
  • liter ⅛ oil

Instructions

  1. Place the meat in a roaster and rub the spices. Put about 6 tablespoons of water in a closed saucepan. Put in the cold oven.
  2. Prepare a paste from oil, crushed garlic cloves, honey, tabasco, chopped and dried herbs and mustard. Brush the roast with it 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, after another 15 minutes, spread the rest of the paste on top and fry until crispy.
  3. 75 to 90 minutes at 180 - 200 °
