Ingredients

  • 1 turkey leg (s) (thigh)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, colored
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ tarragon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ turmeric
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
  • 100 ml cream
  • Sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Crush all the spices in a mortar and use the pumpkin seed oil to make a paste. Rub the turkey leg with it and place in a greased pan.
  2. Set the oven to 240 ° and fry the turkey leg for 1/2 hour. Then turn the oven down to 180 °, add some water to the pan and pour the roast juices over the leg every now and then. Leave in the oven for 1 to 2 hours depending on the size of the leg. Divide the meat into portions.
  3. Bring the roasting fan to the boil with 100 ml cream and thicken a little with a sauce thickener.
