Ingredients

  • 125 ml grape juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 150 g sheep cheese
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon chives, rolls
  • 2 tablespoon hazelnuts, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix the grape juice with the mustard, vinegar and honey. Add the oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash and clean the rocket. Cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes. Wash and dice tomatoes. Arrange the rocket, cheese and tomatoes on plates. Sprinkle the chives and hazelnut flakes on top. Drizzle the dressing onto the salad just before serving.
