Rocket Salad with Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Parmesan and Balsamic Vinegar

• 1 bowl rocket
• 2 tomato (s)
• 1 scoop mozzarella
• 4 tablespoon Parmesan or Grana Padano, grated
• Balsamic cream
• Salt and pepper from the mill
• possibly oil

Instructions

1. Wash and dry the rocket and spread it on salad plates. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices and use them to decorate the rim of the plate.
2. Spread 2 tablespoons of parmesan on each plate on the salad and season the salad with balsamic cream, salt and pepper as a dressing.
3. Depending on your taste, you can also add a little oil.
