Ingredients

  • 5 large tomato (s), ripe
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 125 g rocket
  • 1 handful tomato (s), dried, without oil, soaked
  • 2 cm hot peppers, yellow
  • 100 g Parma ham, cut into strips
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, dried
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, good
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g spahetti, broken into three parts and cooked
  • Pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes. Cut the peppers into thin strips. Finely ring the spring onions.
  2. Cut the dried, soaked tomatoes into strips. Clean and wash the rocket and cut into thirds. Crumble the sheep cheese. Mix all ingredients (including the finely chopped clove of garlic, ham, spices) in a large bowl.
  3. Rinse the hot spaghetti in cold water (so that the rocket does not collapse directly) and also add to the bowl. Season, mix with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Let it steep and season again before serving.
  4. Roasted pine nuts also taste good.
  5. The degree of sharpness can be adjusted individually. Instead of hot peppers you can also use a knife point or half a teaspoon of sambal oelek. The amount of garlic can also be increased.
