Ingredients

  • 350 g flour (wheat)
  • 150 g flour (spelled)
  • 300 ml water
  • 15 g salt
  • 20 g yeast (or 1 packet dry yeast)
  • olive oil
  • some bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, water, salt and yeast together and knead well. Grease as flat a shape as possible with olive oil.
  2. Line the bottom with 4-6 bay leaves. Pour the dough into the mold and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
  3. Then bake at 200 degrees on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
  4. The Roman herbal paste goes very well with it!
