Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 300 ml water
- 400 g quark
- 1 egg (s)
- 50 grams sugar
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon
- Salt water
- Flour for the work surface
- butter, melt
- Cinnamon for dusting

- For the dough, mix the flour, margarine, salt and water with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Roll out the dough thinly on a well-floured work surface and cut into squares.
- For the filling, mix together the quark, egg, sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Use a tablespoon to spread the filling in the middle of the square of the pastry. Fold the squares together to form triangles.
- Put the pierogi in a saucepan of simmering salted water and cook for 15 minutes.
- Melt butter to taste and pour over the pierogi. Serve dusted with cinnamon.
