Ingredients
- 1.6 liters water
- 4 bags tea (rooibos tea)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon elderflower syrup
- 2 sprigs mint
- Lemon juice splash

- Bring the water to the boil, pour into a jug. Add the rooibos tea and mint. Let it steep for about 8 minutes. Remove the bag and twigs. Add the sugar, syrup and lemon juice. Chill overnight.
- Possibly sweeten.
