Ingredients
- 200 g strawberries, aromatic
- 200 ml whipped cream, whipped
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- Sugar (to taste) or sweetener
- 2 cl vermouth, (martini), more to taste
- 2 scoops ice cream, (vanilla ice cream)
- 2 scoops ice cream, (strawberry ice cream)
- some strawberries and mint leaves for decoration

- Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Marinate in a bowl with a little sugar and lemon juice. When you have drawn some juice, add the martini and mix everything well.
- First distribute the strawberries with their sauce in 2 tall glasses, then put a scoop of strawberry ice cream and vanilla ice cream on top. Put the whipped cream on top.
- Decorate with beautiful strawberries and mint leaves.
