- 1 kg sugar
- 1 liter water
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 1 bunch rosemary

- Boil the sugar with the water until it has dissolved. Add the lemon juice and rosemary and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, filter the mass through a sieve and fill into bottles.
- The syrup tastes great with Prosecco or with gin and ginger ale. If you like it non-alcoholic, there is ginger ale and mineral water with the syrup.
