- 410 ml water, lukewarm
- 360 g spelled flour type 630 or 1050
- 290 g rye flour type 997 or 1150
- 1 bag / s dry yeast
- 1 bag sourdough, more liquid, for 500 g flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons iodized salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 5 teaspoons flax seeds or chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
