Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Sear the pork loin steaks in a grill pan with a little oil on both sides. Then salt, pepper and place in a baking dish. Chop the onion and fry it briefly in a pan with the North Sea shrimps.
