Ingredients

  • 10 small potato (s), new, with the skin
  • 1 handful sage leaves, fresh
  • sea-salt
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil, best quality

Instructions

  1. Wash and brush the potatoes, cook for 15 minutes, drain and allow to evaporate for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the potatoes with the sage leaves and fry until the sage becomes crispy. Shake again and again. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly grated pepper and serve immediately.
  3. Goes particularly well with lamb chops.
