Ingredients

  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 kg potato noodles
  • 2 teaspoons sage, fresh or chopped
  • 12 cocktail tomatoes
  • 400 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoon sauce powder (gravy)
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Chop the mushrooms and fry them. In between skim off the juice and keep it.
  2. Fry the potato noodles in a second pan.
  3. Deglaze the mushrooms with the cream, add the sage and gravy powder and add a lot of pepper and a little salt.
  4. Quarter the tomatoes and add them at the end to keep them crisp.
  5. Add the sauce to the potato noodles, wait a moment and then enjoy.
  6. Add parmesan cheese as needed.
