Ingredients
- 150 g sao
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 250 grams sugar
- 0.5 ½ honeydew melon (s)

- Let the sago soak in the water for 30 minutes. Then drain the water and boil the sago in water until the pearls are translucent.
- Juice half of the melon and cut the other half into small pieces. Reduce the sugar in 1/8 l water to make syrup. If the sago pearls are transparent, drain the water through a fine sieve and quench the pearls with cold water. Then mix the syrup, juice and coconut milk with the sago pearls and bring to the boil again.
- Then put in a bowl and add the melon pieces.
- Let cool down. It tastes best ice-cold like a good Asian dish.
