Ingredients
- 1 can beans (wax beans)
- 1 can peas, fine and carrots
- 0.5 ½ cauliflower, cooked al dente
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 pinch mustard
- Lemon juice
- salt
- Paprika powder
- sugar
- 1 small onion (s)
- parsley
- Lettuce
- 1 egg (s), hard-boiled

- Drain all vegetables well. Prepare a spicy sauce from mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, finely chopped onion and spices. Pour over the well-mixed vegetables. Sprinkle parsley on top and let the salad steep for a while.
- Then mix again briefly.
- Line a bowl with lettuce leaves and arrange the salad on top and garnish with egg slices and parsley.
