Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped herbs Provence
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • some water
  • 4 tablespoon crème fraîche or sour cream

Instructions

  1. Pour balsamic vinegar and sunflower oil into a shaker. Then add the herbs of Provence (alternatively marjoram, oregano and thyme), salt and pepper to taste, as well as paprika powder, sugar and crème fraîche. Now shake vigorously.
  2. Open the cup and add some water. Shake well again until the dressing is nice and creamy.
  3. Mix the lettuce carefully with the dressing as desired.
