Delicate, light, tasty – the “My Fair Lady” salad has all the virtues! This recipe – “Lady” salad – was borrowed by me from my mother-in-law, for which I am very grateful to her. Since then, the salad “My Fair Lady” more than once helped me out when suddenly guests came. Excellent New Year’s salad turns out!
Ingredients
Peking cabbage – 1 head of cabbage
Ham – 150-200 g
Canned corn – 1 jar
Mayonnaise – 150-200 g
Croutons – 2 packs (150 g)
Salt to taste
Directions
I will need such a simple set of products for cooking: cabbage, mayonnaise, ham, a jar of corn and a couple of bags of white croutons
Chop the cabbage.
Cut the ham into strips.
Combine cabbage, ham and corn.
Add croutons.
Season the My Fair Lady salad with mayonnaise, add a little salt and mix thoroughly.
The “Lady” salad should be eaten quickly – the crackers will be soaked in a few hours.
