- 3 cl rum, white (Bacardi Carta Blanca)
- 3 cl juice (mango-passion fruit juice)
- 3 cl sour cherry juice
- Ice cubes

- To achieve a nice layer effect, proceed as follows when preparing the cocktail:
- First you fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the rum on it, then the mango-passion fruit juice follows. Finally, the cherry juice is injected into the glass wall with a syringe so that the layered effect comes about. Be careful not to let it run too fast, otherwise the juices will mix too quickly.
- If you don`t have a syringe, you can alternatively help yourself with a spoon. To do this, hold the spoon with the curved side up and the tip on the inner glass wall over the drink. Now carefully let the cherry juice flow into the drink using the spoon along the glass wall! This process can also be used to prepare a super latte macchiato.
- The drink is served with a straw or a spoon so that it can be stirred before drinking!
