- 500 g pork
- 500 g Kasseler
- 500 g Hackepeter
- 500 g sausae (beer ham)
- 500 g sauerkraut, (fresh or from the lass)
- 500 g mushrooms, (fresh or canned)
- 500 g cream
- 500 g chilli sauce

- Dice the meat and beer ham (do not season). Then mix with the mushrooms and pour into a mold. Layer the sauerkraut on top. Mix the whipped cream with the chili sauce and pour over it. Now put the mold in the oven for about 2 hours at 200 ° C.
