Ingredients

  • 500 g beef oulash
  • 500 g pork oulash
  • 500 g minced, mixed
  • 500 g paprika (s), colored, cut into small pieces
  • 500 g onion (s), cut into rins
  • 500 g mushrooms, cut into small pieces
  • 500 g sauce (ypsy sauce)
  • g 1,000 tomato (s), mashed
  • 250 ml sweet cream

Instructions

  1. Layer the ingredients on top of each other as shown in the list above. Mix the gypsy sauce, cream and tomatoes together (add seasoning, e.g. garlic or herbs from Provence) and pour over the casserole. Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 200 ° C in the bock oven on the middle rack. Take off the aluminum foil about half an hour before the end and continue cooking without foil.
  2. Instead of the gypsy sauce you can of course use anything (bought sauces, homemade sauces, spiced ketchup, etc.). It is important to have a relatively strong seasoning. The dish is ideal as a warm buffet and has always been well received.
