Ingredients

  • 500 g oulash (beef)
  • 500 g oulash (pork)
  • 500 g bacon, mixed, diced
  • 500 g minced meat (beef)
  • 500 g Mett (pork)
  • 250 g bell pepper (s), red, diced
  • 250 g reen peppers, diced
  • 500 g onion (s) (veetable onions)
  • 1 can tomato (s)
  • 500 ml cream
  • 2 bottles sauce (mexico sauce)
  • Garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Layer the beef and pork goulash in the roasting pan and season with garlic as required. Then spread the bacon over it and season with curry powder. Now pour the minced beef and pork meat over it and season with salt and pepper. Layer the peppers and green onions. Top with the can of tomatoes. Mix the cream with the Mexico sauce and pour over the tomatoes.
  2. Cook the whole thing in a preheated oven for approx. 2.5 hours at 200 ° C - 225 ° C.
