Salad with Grapefruit, Feta and Walnuts

A delicious recipe for making a festive salad with grapefruit, feta cheese and walnuts.
Ingredients
- Green leaf lettuce – 1 bunch
- Grapefruit – 1 pc.
- Walnuts – 100 g
- Feta cheese – 100 g
- Olive oil
- Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – 1/8 teaspoon.
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Dry the walnuts in a pan.
- Cut the grapefruit in half and cut the flesh out of the membranes.
- Mix 2 tbsp olive oil with 1/2 teaspoon. sugar, with 1/8 teaspoon. salt and pepper. Squeeze out some grapefruit juice. Mix. Grapefruit, feta and walnuts salad dressing is ready.
- Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and place on a plate.
- Put walnuts on lettuce leaves.
- Top – feta cheese cut into small cubes.
- Add pieces of grapefruit.
- Drizzle over the salad with grapefruit, cheese and nuts dressing.
- Festive salad with grapefruit, cheese and nuts is ready.
