Ingredients

125 g lettuce, mixed
50 g blueberries
50 g feta cheese
2 tablespoon walnuts, roasted

For the dressing:

Leaf Salad with Blueberries, Feta and Walnuts

Instructions

Clean, wash, dry the lettuce and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Rinse and drain the blueberries on a sieve.
For the dressing, mix together vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper and fold in the oil. Mix the lettuce, blueberries and vinaigrette together. Serve sprinkled with crumbled feta and roughly chopped walnuts.
