Salad with Pickled Cucumbers, Eggs and Sour Cream-Mustard Dressing

I propose a recipe for a light salad with pickled cucumbers, eggs and sour cream-mustard dressing. A simple and delicious salad with a delicate yet spicy taste. This salad can be a good addition to meat or fish dishes.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

Pickled cucumbers – 120 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Fresh dill – 15 g
Sour cream – 60 g
Granular mustard – 20 g
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Olive oil – 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
Ground red pepper – to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

We prepare the necessary products
Boil the eggs hard-boiled (10 minutes after boiling), then cool in cold water.
Cut the cucumbers into slices. If the cucumbers are large, they can be cut into semicircles.
Finely chop the dill. A little dill can be left to decorate the salad.
Peel the eggs and cut into cubes.
Combine eggs, cucumbers and dill in a bowl.
Preparing the dressing. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Combine olive oil, sour cream, mustard, garlic and red pepper.
Stir the dressing until smooth.
Add the dressing to the salad.
We mix.
We spread the salad with pickled cucumbers, eggs and sour cream-mustard dressing in a salad bowl, sprinkle with black pepper and the remaining dill on top.
