Cabbage Salad with Egg, Herbs and Egg-Mustard Dressing

Juicy and tasty salad of young cabbage, cucumbers, fresh herbs and boiled egg proteins. The salad is dressed with an unusual sauce made from boiled yolks, vegetable oil, sour cream and mustard. Fast, spicy and satisfying enough.

We prepare the necessary products. Pre-boil the eggs hard-boiled (10 minutes after boiling water), then cool in cold water.
Chop the cabbage into thin strips, put in a bowl.
Cut the cucumbers into strips and add to the bowl of cabbage.
We clean the eggs. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Cut the squirrels into strips.
Grind the yolks into crumbs.
Add vegetable oil, mustard, salt, pepper and sour cream to the yolks.
Mix everything – the sauce for salad dressing is ready.
Finely chop the dill and cilantro.
Add egg whites, cilantro, dill and sauce to a bowl of cabbage with cucumbers.
We mix everything.
