Ingredients
- 150 g cucumber (s)
- 150 g radishes
- 30 ml rapeseed oil
- 30 ml walnut vinegar, herb vinegar or wine vinegar
- 50 g mustard
- salt and pepper
- chives

- Peel the cucumber, cut into thin slices / slice, lightly salt and let it steep in a sieve for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, also thinly slice the radishes and chop the chives.
- For the dressing, mix the oil, both types of vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper from the mill thoroughly together. Knead the cucumber slices a little, then mix with the radishes, chives and the dressing. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes, season again if necessary and serve.
